It’s been months since we moved into our flat, but I still wanted to write a review for Tasif Mahmood. After viewing a couple flats with people from other agencies, Tasif was a breath of fresh air. I think what was most important to me is that I felt like he was a good person and was being honest and genuine with us. Tasif has a professionalism combined with a genuine warmth and friendliness that's rare when dealing with agents. His communication was brilliant from start to finish. He sent properties that met our requirements and budget and kept in regular contact to let us know what was available and when. He was super flexible on viewing times and accommodated last minute viewing requests and rescheduling. He never put us in group viewings (most others do) and let us take our time during a viewing, never hurrying us or trying to "sell" the place to us. He showed genuine interest in helping us find the right place, which again was refreshing as it isn't the norm.
