David and Michael from JLL have been wonderful with helping us to sell our apartment. From the photography to being updated when new possible buyers are interested - they have been really brilliant, clear and transparent too which we really appreciate. Also having regular updates from them is really helpful so we can be kept in the loop at all times. Looking for a flat to buy my point of contact at JLL was Liam Barlett. I went with him on a number of visits around Stratford and elsewhere in London. Liam was courteous, honest and provided accurate information. I found agents from other agencies to be somewhat pushy - more than I'd like - but not him. He was professional and understanding throughout the entire process. Liam's colleagues, in particular Cameron Kerr and Harry Martin, provided help and were quite pleasant to deal with as well. I ended up buying one of the flats that Liam had on offer.

I had a great experience with Charlotte and her team. I am certainly not an experienced Landlord and I needed an agency that would help me to market the property and guide me during this process while also being abroad due to work commitments. I decided to go with JLL Stratford because while discussing the property and marketability i really appreciated the conversation that i had with Charlotte where she was very helpful and took plenty of time to explain the (difficult) market conditions without over-promising or trying to convince me to go with them. I also really appreciated that she kept touching base and giving me regular updates while waiting to find the tenants. Also very pleased with their legal department. Liga has being very helpful and super responsive and helped me with all the paperwork and different certificates that are required before starting the tenancy. In terms of fees, I found them very reasonable and certainly justifiable for the value / service I received. Overall I would strongly recommend JLL Stratford especially if like me you are looking for an agent that can give you some guidance and support during the letting process.
