We’ve had a great experience with JLL Greenwich. Keely, our property manager, is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we have an issue with our flat. She’s efficient, friendly, and reliable, which makes such a difference. After experiences with much slower and less responsive property managers in the past, I’m really glad we have her as our property manager.

We recently rented a flat through JLL, guided expertly by Dovile and Bruna. The whole process was extremely smooth - any questions we had were answered quickly and with detail. The team were happy to go and view the property ahead of the move in date to provide information on queries we had - a true 5 star service! The property is largely problem free, however any issues we’ve had have been dealt with expertly by Keely our Property Manager - greatly appreciate how efficiently issues have been dealt with. Having previously rented with a different agency, the team at JLL are head and shoulders above and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Very grateful for all the hard work from Michael, Sam, and the JLL Greenwich team. Selling flats is not easy in the current environment, and we relied on their advice and professionalism to get it over the line. We had previously been with Dexters, and had had a negative experience overall. The switch to JLL was like night and day: we felt like we were speaking to smart, honest professionals who would give us the real message, whether it was good or bad news. With Dexters every viewing seemed to "go really well" and every buyer was "coming in hot", and yet we got no offers. With JLL the message was much more moderate: we heard more about buyers' hesitations and got a truer sense of the overall tone, and yet we ended up with two offers and ended up getting the flat sold. Michael and Sam are good, honest, smart people who helped us to sell a flat in a difficult market, and I would thoroughly recommend them to people in a similar position.

I met with a lot of estate agents in Greenwich when viewing prospective new properties and JLL stood out as completley different to the rest so that's when I realised they were who I needed to trust with selling my own property. Throughout the end to end selling process they were highly professional, honest, patient, excellent at communicating, provided really detailed specalist advise and were generally very easy to deal with. They are clearly very knowledgable in the area and the local market and helped me navigate that at a difficult time. I mostly dealt with Michael (and also Jon) for my sale who were both great and the other team members I spoke to were also very helpful. I found their approach and enagement refreshing and if I have to ever sell again I will be going back to JLL in a heartbeat.
