I had a positive experience with the JLL agency, both in terms of property management and sales. The property management team, particularly Khurram, demonstrated a high level of support and responsiveness during our tenancy with JLL, thank you Khurram. Additionally, Stefania went above and beyond in providing assistance when our washer dryer malfunctioned towards the end of the year, dealing with contractor and all that so we managed to get it up and running again in a few days.
