I changed to this company several years ago because I wasn't satisfied with the service I was getting from a national chain with a local office, at a higher price than Ellis's. It was the best move I could have made. I live abroad and they provide me with full management on letting an inherited house in the area. First Tony, now Nicos provide an excellent service both for me and my tenants whom they choose carefully. Recently there was a leak in the loft on a weekend during lockdown; Nicos attended to it immediately. Nicos says he's only doing his job, but we all know there are ways and ways of doing it.
