He lives in the moment and always freshly respond as if he would meet me for the first time.He has been behind to support and responsible for all the work and his existence makes us feel safe whatever happens. I have been very happy with how Jason Davis handled the sale of our property. He worked non-stop to make sure the sale went through , liasing between the purchaser, the two sets of solicitors, and myself in order to proceed the sale as quickly as possible. It was a long process than expected which nearly fell through a few times and we would not have completed without Jason's hard work chasing up all parties and keeping us informed at all times as well as James's willingly supportive assurances . Moreover Jason contacted the other agent from where we bought the flat , updating the situation of the sales,so that we can move in on completion of the sale of our house. He was very considerate for us to be comfortable. The team of Ellis and Co. always acted in a highly professional and positive manner. They certainly know what they were doing and we do not have any worry though this is my first time sale and purchase of the property. We recently sold our house through Ellis & Co in Golders Green. They offered a competitive rate and offered us good advice about the value of our home. We found them very easy to work with and the whole process was straightforward. They were proactive in marketing our property and organised over 25 viewings: we had a firm offer in 5 weeks. There were a few teething troubles with the accuracy of house details on the brochure and on the website which took a week or two to sort out, and the video tour feature didn't work for some time. Jason and Alicia, who organised and managed the viewings, were enthusiastic, professional and helpful. They kept us informed of progress throughout.
