Extremely pleasant experience selling our flat through Ellis & Co, Golders Green. Agents were instructed on 15th May 2013 after agreeing a selling price. Their fliers went out on-line & by post 17th May 2013. Viewings were arranged and a number of prospective buyers viewed the flat. Full feed back of viewings was passed on to us via email and telephone call. Offer accepted 29th May 2013. Contracts exchanged 12 July 2013 and completion took place 19 July 2013.
