Great experience buying our first property

We have just purchased our first home with Century 21 and we had an excellent experience using Hanane and her team. Not only did we have some great support and advice throughout the purchase, but Hanane was very efficient; always keeping in contact with the solicitors and making sure that we had everything in place for the sale to go ahead smoothly. Approachable, friendly, professional and honest.

Hanane helped us at a crucial time between tenants. The property had been left empty for a few months and needed some work done. Within 24hours of speaking to her she had found suitable tenants and helped organise some refurbishment work for our house. She has a first class professional attitude 24/7 and kept our requirements at the top of her priorities. Constantly went above and beyond to answer her emails and continued to call me when needed to help whatever the time! She even emailed me during her holiday abroad to ensure that the new tenants had moved in over Easter with no problems. I never had a doubt when I called her with another problem to help solve that she wouldn't have a swift and reasonable solution. I would highly recommend her as she takes the time to listen to you, is honest, approachable, doesn't make promises that are unrealistic, keeps things professional but maintains to still be appropriately personal and overall is a lovely person.

Without a doubt the best agent I ve ever had

Hanane is without a doubt the most helpful agent I have ever come across in my life ( and there are a few!) She is lovely, will sort any problems within a day, replies to your e-mails pretty much instantly, which I find amazing these days, where most agencies take for ever to reply to a simple e-mail. Me and my flatmates feel like we have been looked after at all times, which we really appreciate. For all this and many more I would rate Hanane with 5 stars and a half :)
