Oscar, our agent, was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, supportive and replied quite fast to all our queries. He knew the house quite well and was fully transparent whenever he wasn't sure about something (he would then proceed to do research or ask around, and come back to us with a full answer). Manage to complete the process in less than 3 months. Best agent we have ever had, highly recommended!
