I have found Martin & Co during a quite busy time for me and I was very particular about the flat I was searching with my partner. How lucky we were to find Martin & Co. London definitely needs more agents like them! Most of the time I was in touch with Che. He was very helpful both in terms of finding the flat and also with arranging the move-in. He has taken an impartial role while negotiating the details with the Landlord and advised both us and the Landlord on arranging a reasonable price and in terms of which furniture to keep and which ones to move away. He was always very kind, professional and always got back to us when needed. It has been over 2 weeks now since we moved in and we are very thankful for him to making everything very smooth for us.

Really impressed with the service at Martin and Co Riverside, as I have recently purchased a riverside property through them, having been looking for a while. I think they have a very commercial and realistic understanding of clients and the marketplace, and in my case I felt very much as if they were looking after the purchaser and the vendor equally. Che McDowell was a delight to work with. Finding somewhere you call home is so much more than a financial transaction it is deeply emotional. From the second I met Che, the way he spoke to me, showed genuine concern I knew i'd met an estate agent who cared about me find somewhere I could call home. Not only that after I moved in any issues he went out of his way to deal instantly. Having experience of working with people it's the ability to genuinely have a heart to help others but also the intelligent foresight to make the experience of finding a home pleasurable that only added to the experience.

This was a complicated sale with a tenant protected by Covid legislation from landlord exercising AST break clause when a buyer appeared who wanted vacant possession. The delicacy of the situation was exacerbated by the tenant's ransom demand (£10k!) to leave prematurely, but in accordance with AST break-clause, to allow the sale to proceed. Both Che and Dominik handled the situation professionally and ably, pacifying and keeping the buyer onboard while handling the tenant with kid gloves to ensure his removal at the end of the AST without ransom - even though HMG legislation and extended S21 notice would've given him yet another month! In the result, a successful sale and happy rehoused tenant whose attempt to exploit his windfall position was frustrated by good estate agent-ing by the very professional M&Co team, imHo! Well done!
