There's always an extra piece of comfort that a good estate agent can provide when letting a home - not everyone understands that but Martin and co definitely did (che specifically). Che was great to work with in securing our lease for our new apartment this year. He's incredibly patient and personable, and his dealing with minor questions over WhatsApp is a nice little touch which makes everything more easing and efficient.
