I could not fault the service they have provided me over these years and if I could share one regret as a Landlord, is that I did not approach Williams & Goodwin to manage my property portfolio sooner. Incredibly trustworthy and helpful letting agents. Helped with our first rental house in the UK. Using current technology, the tenancy procedure is open and well explained (all process through online) Respond right away if there are any problems with the property. Highly recommended.
