Phoned for a valuation on my parents property,spoke to Sian Jones who was very helpful and arranged for somebody to come out to suit around my schedule.A gentleman called Dafydd came to do the valuation he was also very helpul and proffesional.He arrived on time and was very polite.

They were all very friendly, informative and helpful and when they had an interested buyer, the staff kept us updated with the progress of the sale. The staff were highly proficient in negotiating the sale and in reaching a mutually acceptable price for the sale of the property. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with efficiently and diplomatically. They were truthful and gave realistic targets for the likely timescale for a sale.
