This was our first experience of selling a property by auction and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and smoothness of the whole process. The staff at the Llangefni office guided us through and the property was well advertised, attracting a lot of attention from potential buyers. We were kept regularly informed of the number of viewings and potential interest. The actual on-line auction went very smoothly, with a courteous phone call just before the start time and to confirm the reserve price. We were pleased with the result and we then completed in 28 days following the auction. All in all, Williams and Goodwin provided a very good service, and we would recommend the All Wales Auction to anyone wanting a swift and painless sale of their property.

Having never previously sold a property through the Auction Process at first I was very hesitant, but my fears were short lived. Vicki James from the Llangefni office was most professional in all areas including fully explaining the Auction process, formulating the guide / reserve price, keeping me updated on customer viewing's etc. I must also mention Jamie @ Charlotte from the Holyhead office who kindly undertook all of the viewings. Needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Goodwin all Wales Auction department to other owners / potential purchasers.

We got there!

Buying a commercial property that you want to change into residential at auction is both scary and risky. But… James, who showed me around (this property as well as another) is really energetic and passionate, and it’s all genuine. In no small part because of his infectious imagination, I took the risk and the house is now mine… although the final piece of the jigsaw of getting it houseified is yet to be complete. Fast forward to the negotiating bit and general queries, and Vicky was great. Always on hand to answer questions, and even resolved some pretty complex queries. I also very much enjoyed the game playing of getting me to write this review. :P Thanks Vicky, that was fun. All in all, top notch service all around.

Absolutely fantastic. As we live abroad we though that selling a UK property would become a nightmare however All Wales team were fantastic. We were kept informed at every single stage. They worked tirelessly to prepare our property for Auction however due to their fantastic marketing skills they secured a sale before the Auction date. I can honestly say they are the best company I've ever dealt with full stop.

Excellent service, always available with updates and guidance helping to smooth out the process. The uncertainty and apprehension at the time of sale was a little like eBay on steroid’s but again guided throughout to a great conclusion.

May I first of all praise the staff at both the Caernarfon office and the Bangor office, they have been absolute troopers, thank you. Communication from Gwennan especially has been very good and I thank you for all you've done for us over the past few weeks. I would definitely come back again if ever the opportunity came up.
