I'm a 22 year old with mild special needs that went with these guys for my first ever sub-100k house after running into a small fortune as a gift. Although the whole process was lengthy and infinitely stressful, these guys were so helpful and patient with me during the whole process; genuinely couldn't be happier with how they handled my case. Special word to James, Tom, and Chris in sales - great at their jobs and clearly know their trade well. And though I'm sure I drove them positively insane during the final stages (seller's solicitor was kinda garbage so hardly anyone's fault here), they were so patient and stuck to the grind right up until transaction day, and definitely made the whole thing as seamless and simple as they possibly could. Good estates agents are hard to come by in my short experience with them, but you definitely shouldn't sleep on these guys. Cracking team, 5-star service. Thanks again you lot. You guys literally helped change the trajectory of my life.

James and his staff have been excellent. James viewed my property and told me that he would expect to get a buyer for it within 3 weeks at £x amount which was more than I was expecting. . Everything he said happened. We are now at conveyancing stage so fingers crossed it all goes through ok.
