I lost two weeks with this agency, they promised me that I would be guaranteed to receive a house and after all this it tells me that I have to pay 6 months in advance to receive the house

Highly unprofessional individuals, changed the appointment at the last minute and then lied that they told me in the morning. When ici them over the phone, they harassed and bullied me and also used racial slurs on the basis of my surname. They made me travel in 20 weeks pregnancy all the way from another town 125 miles away and were not the least bit accommodating. Please avoid these people, they treat you like garbage

I have carried out an investigation of this matter and can confirm the you agreed to change the appointment time from 14:00 to 14:15. This was agreed early in the morning at around 10:00, so not at the last minute and no lying involved. You failed to keep your appointment even though our viewing clerk waited until 14:30. So, you were at least 15 minutes late and our viewing clerk had another appointment immediately afterwards to attend, so could not wait any longer. Had you not agreed to change the appointment time you would have been over 30 minutes late. You then contacted our office and was rude and insulting to the member of staff that dealt with your call. For you to accuse this staff member of bullying, harassment and racism in order to try and legitimise your compliant is ignorant and totally unacceptable. I do not normally use such frank language when responding to reviews or dealing with complaints but given that you are being deliberately misleading, provocative and prejudice I feel that I have no choice. This review is totally unwarranted and does not reflect the events that actually took place.

Aneta, Thank you for your comment and please be assured that I share your frustration. However, if you recall, we made you aware of the problem before you moved into the property and we also confirmed with you that we had not been given a timescale for repair as this issue was being resolved through the site's block insurance policy and block management agent, and it was largely out of our control. It was your decision to move into the property knowing the full circumstances. We pushed the agent responsible for the issue as much as we were able. Sadly, I think your complaint is aimed at the wrong company.

Stood us up for an appointment. Stay clear. My partner and I booked a viewing for a property in Liverpool. As we were given a time and a place, we assumed that this booking was confirmed. Alas, after traipsing across Liverpool, on a typical British Autumn day (a lot of rain), we arrive at the property, to find, no agent. I called them immediately, (as I was getting soaked) to find out that they tried to email us and call us (40 minutes before the appointment) and because they had no response. They bailed... There was no message to inform us of this. So we rang them and told them what we thought of their professionalism. Don't let through them. Just out of principle. *** To answer your response, we have informed you directly of our disappointments and given you feedback which you have said that you have taken on board. I.e. who ever took our initial booking didn't write down our email address correctly and didn't, in our opinion, try and contact us with urgency to confirm. We had one missed call from you 30 minutes before, when we were on our way. But that's okay whatever you need to say online to justify your rubbish customer service is fine!

Dear Rebee, unfortunately we have no record of your details on our database, perhaps your partner registered their details. When prospect tenants book viewings we make it very clear that they need to confirm the appointment on the day of the viewing otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will attend. We always contact prospect tenants on the day of the viewing by phone and email to confirm attendance. As you did not confirm your attendance we were unable to attend as we had previously advised.

After not having any luck finding us a tenant and showing a tenant around that claimed housing benefit after we said no housing benefits,we said we were going to a different estate agents and they were collecting the key, wouldn't hand over the key and then said they didn't have the key because a member of staff forgot to take it out their file and return it to office. Have to drive an hour just to collect the key ourselves. Response to the owner's reply ● You did show a potential tenant round that didn't meet landlords criteria, I know this because I'm the landlord. ● The agent was on her day off and offered to collect the keys to save us the hour drive each way. We explained this on the phone and we had told you the name of the agent who was collecting. If you were unsure you should of contacted us. As for your comment about what she was wearing.... It doesn't matter what she had on, it was her day off and she was dressed for the weather wearing a summer dress and sandals not a crop top. If I'd have turned up in a crop top would you have refused to give me the keys to my property?? Also your staff didn't even ask me to show ID as proof of who I was so why does it matter if my agent didn't have ID??

Unfair review, we acted totally professionally at all times. We never showed prospect tenants around the property that did not meet the landlords criteria. We didn't hand the key to the other agent because they had no ID with them when they visited the office and dressed in attire suitable for the beach (crop top and sandals) we were not convinced they were genuine. The keys were securely logged and locked in the office when the other agent attempted to collect them. We never compromise our landlords (prospect landlords) by giving keys out without appropriate ID.

Worst agency ever! Never willing to help, no response or help provided in case of emergency breakdowns, avoiding contact with you when you need theirs assistance or help, they are trying to earn more money on you and trying to rob people from deposits even when all conditions were fulfill! Very bad attitude from the agents and management!

We are disappointed to receive such a poor review as we pride ourselves on the highest standards of customer service. Occasionally, we do receive criticism because we have failed to maintain these high standards. When this is the case we will accept responsibility and do our utmost to rectify the matter. However, on this occasion the review seems unfair as it was the tenant that failed to communicate with us. She introduced her partner into the property without consent, refused access for inspections, fell into rent arrears and attempted to circumvent the agreement she had with us. Shame that her tenancy ended in this way. Thankfully we have hundreds of other tenants that are happy with our service.
