We recently just bought a house through Belvoire and have to say that the service was brilliant. From the first time i rang up to arrange a viewing they where helpful and friendly. Whenever we rang up and asked for information or another viewing it was solved with no hassle and in a very quick time period. I rang other estate agents to arrange viewings and belvoire are by far the most helpful, friendly and accommodating, it never feels like they are trying to push anything on you and they genuinely want to help you out. We dealt with lori williams and vicky colleran mainly but everyone who we met and spoke with was great with us. People are always saying buying a house is a nighmare yet i have found it very easy and thats in huge part to these. I would and have already recommended them to people and cannot speak highly enough about them.

I have rented a property using Belvoir for three months now. I have not had any serious problems. I wasn't made aware of some problems before signing, for example the property can only get broaband from a limited set of providers. Also, the washing machines doesn't work well, however, that is really the fault of the landlord not the letting agent.

Good service. Polite staff. Always very friendly.
