Lucy & Vicky have been very helpful, friendly & approachable throughout the transaction. Lucy has great negotiation skills and didn't feel hesitate to liaise with the vendor which lead to a successful purchase. She uses her best ability to keep both parties happy. The transaction then passed onto Vicky, she always provide an up to date with the progress & made a great effort to resolve issues from the vendor. She deals everything in a timely & professional manner. I am happy with their service so far and now using their letting team to let out the apartment.

Top-class experience with Belvoir. Have been very upfront and honest from the start. Have mainly dealt with Vicky throughout the purchase, however the occasions I've dealt with Adam have been equally as friendly and pleasant. There have been a few hiccups due to issues further down the chain (beyond their control) and I was kept in the loop every time. Overall a very positive experience and will highly recommend!
