My experience with Belvoir couldn't have been better. They were really helpful and friendly all the time that I needed to clear some doubts. I am an immigrant in this lovely country and my English is definitely not perfect but they had all patient to explain me everything more than once and I am grateful for that. I am very happy with all the support they have given to me and my husband.
We have rented our first apartment with Belvoir and the service has been very good. They have been very polite and considerate, another good point we manage everything online.

The transition from finding our Apartment and moving in was smooth and the Office Staff were always at the end of the phone if we had any problems. We have been with Belvoir for over Two Years now and if we ever have a maintenance concern, we always have it rectified once its placed on the Work Flow. Overall we are both happy with the current service we are receiving from Belvoir and its support Team and I would highly reccomend.
We have been working with Belvoir for a little more than a year now . Its been quite a challenge for the letting agents throughout the Lockdown and everyone has had to learn how to work remotely . With this is mind all Belvoir's letting agents have overcome this major hurdle and new practices and procedures have been implemented and more importantly communicated to us . In fact mostly everything is communicated to Cleanserve so we too can adapt and change to fit in with Belvoir and move forward in these tumultuous times and continue a strong relationship .
