I have been working with Rebecca, the Property Manager for a number of years. She is courteous, friendly and professional. She keeps me up to date and very detail check out report. There's no hesitation for her to to go above and beyond. She is certainly one of the best within the industry and redefine a new standard. Kostas, dealt with tenant has kept me up to date with the progress and even last minute changes. He found me a tenant very quickly and allows a very short voids period. He looked at both landlord and tenant best interest. I highly recommend Belovir Liverpool Central to anyone who wants to let out their properties. These professionals certainly know what they do!

From the very first contact, Belvoir's agents showed a lot of professionalism. For example, the automated viewing booking system is definitely the best way to carry such task hassle-free: no missed calls, misspelt names or scheduling mess. All the essential information (like the energy performance certificate) was already included in the original ad. The Belvoir agent Kostas was available to answer all my questions even after the viewing was done and kept me updated during the deposit and the agreement signing processes. Because of special personal circumstances, I had to move to the apartment very shortly after the previous tenants vacated it. However, the agency (through another agent, Rebecca) rose to the challenge and completed all outstanding tasks within the first week. All repair tasks are handled with another efficient automated system and all requests are responded to promptly. To put it simply, I felt that I was in good hands throughout the whole process.
