I was really impressed with the level of communication by Amy Johnson from Belvoir. You usually expect to either be unnecessarily hassled by estate agents or radio silence, but Amy was an excellent communicator vie phone and email and helped us to find somewhere to rent extremely quickly at short notice. She gave us the best advice for a successful rental application and helped us along every step of the way.

Based on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service from the staff (especially Amy and Rebecca) was very helpful and reliable from the initial viewing to signing the contract thru releasing the deposit -everything was made smooth and timely matter.
