My first purchase was with Ryder and Dutton, and I have to say that Oliver Bolton has been a rock to myself and the seller. I have been met with a lot of issues unforseen throughout the sale. Full marks to Martyn Ransom and Jo Hardcastle at Lindley for their care and sensitivity in helping me sell my late uncle's property. From the first, they were excellent, in assessing the property and guiding potential buyers around, and then, when complications arose on the legal side (the proerty was very old and there were many lost documents), Jo was exceptional in keeping us up to date with things and a pleasure to deal with at every turn.
