The first meeting with Kelly was professional, friendly and re-assuring. From that point on, we have been promptly informed of every development and there has also been an honesty about market conditions and timings that wasn't there before. All in all, the process to find suitable new tenants and deal with other matters arising has been completely stressless. Kelly has been the main point of contact and has done a great job but everyone else I have had contact with, gives you confidence that you are dealing with a team who work very well together.
