Many people now rate estate agents by how fast they sell the property etc based upon figures which in a perfect world would useful but this sale would distort them. The property was sold 3 times in the time with Mundys and this should be highlighted. Each sale was agreed within days of being on the market with fantastic service from Mundys and twice was let down by factors outside of Mundys control. Our advice to all who ask us is to use Mundys.

Only a valuation at moment but a very honest and very instructive appraisal of property and realistic but not under rated assessment of present market conditions and valuation. Very impressed with openess and marketing strategy. No sign of usual estate agent waffle and pressure to market property. Simply good honest advice before leaving you to decide time scale etc. Very relaxed and very informative.
