Many people now rate estate agents by how fast they sell the property etc based upon figures which in a perfect world would useful but this sale would distort them. The property was sold 3 times in the time with Mundys and this should be highlighted. Each sale was agreed within days of being on the market with fantastic service from Mundys and twice was let down by factors outside of Mundys control. Our advice to all who ask us is to use Mundys.
