One thing I would change is the Mundys policy of limits on visiting the property that is in the process of being purchased. In our case, the property needs an enormous amount of work and it was vital to get quotes before completion. Mundys was very accommodating in allowing us access but certain things needed more than a 60 minute window. Tom did note we could apply for longer through solicitors but I was reluctant to do this as they moved at snail pace as it was. Overall a fantastic experience, thank you.

I first contacted Hymie at Mundys to get an initial idea about their management services for rental properties, and to get a rental valuation. Hymie was very quick to come and assist. He arrived already prepared with research carried out beforehand and gave me answers to every question I had. It took some time on my end before I was then ready to use Mundy's services, but I received regular touching-base emails from the team to see how I was getting on, which was greatly appreciated. When the time came to list my property for renting, Mundys were very quick once again to get all the necessaries completed. It has been completely stress-free and issue-free so far, and I am pleased and relieved with how seamless the process has been. I feel assured that everything is in good hands.

From the start the service Mundys gave was very thorough and professional. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to communicating with them. Appointments were made to suit my diary as well as the agent’s. All my questions were answered thoroughly. Tenants were found quickly and I was given the opportunity to give my consent to go ahead with the rental after given the references. I have nothing but lovely things to say about the Lettings Mundy's branch in Lincoln. Amanda was so welcoming and friendly from booking a viewing to asking questions through the application process. Amanda and Hymie contacted the landlord to ask about potential alternative arrangements on moving into a new property. Without their effort and willingness to do so we would not be moving into a lovely property. Amanda was so very accommodating, replying to emails, returning phonecalls and answering all queries and questions. We are excited to have a supportive lettings agent while renting a property as we have experienced some unprofessional agencies in the past which has caused lots of unnecessary stress.

The staff were amazing polite and very helpful with myself and my husband, they went above and beyond with helping us thank you for all your help. Vicki Wilkinson was fantastic nothing was to much trouble and she kept us well informed polite and courteous and nothing was to much trouble.
