Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent. I was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending TLC to anyone who is considering selling their house.

Amazing service from Finlay even when the first buyers withdrew due to survey issues. Finlay/TLC sold the house again very quickly. They have always been pro-active in overcoming potential problems and navigating the way to a successful completion. Highly recommended .
