Outstanding service from
Outstanding service from Becci and the Lincoln team. Our flat was in a sorry state after a poor experience with previous tenants under a different agent. Becci took everything in hand. Advising and arranging repairs and redecoration and going the extra mile to personally ensure that everything was done properly. The flat is now in excellent condition and let. We are really impressed with the unfailing professionalism and courteousness of Becci and the team, which continues now that Belvoir manage the property. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Perfect
We recently had an inspection performed by Pat on behalf of Belvoir and from the second she arrived she was incredibly respectful and courteous of our home. She listened to and documented any issues we were having, taking photos and even noticing things to make the landlord aware of that we had not noticed. She took her time in making sure the inspection was thorough without invading our privacy and was punctual on arrival. She was great at explaining the process of resolving issues and I felt reassured and listened to after her visit, perfect job!

Excellent in
We went from our worst experience with a company to our best! For years we were stuck with another company which resulted in our property being looked after properly. We finally made the decision to switch agents, Becci and her team couldn’t have been more helpful in ever manner. All incredibly patient and they did everything they could to get our property back into shape, into the market and rented in no time. Thanks Becci!

We are extremely impressed
We are extremely impressed with Matt. It has been a pleasure. We rented our house out through another agent for four years whilst we were working away - in our opinion their service was shambolic especially when we took the house back for our occupation just over a year ago. Had we known how efficient, responsive and courteous Matt is we would definitely have used Belvoir as our managing agent.
