Sold and Purchased Houses

We would like to thank Phillip Hall and his wonderful Lichfield team (especially Lyn) for the professional and supportive service we received whilst selling our house and as it happens buying another We did experience a lengthy sale due to do complex negotiations and we could not have been in better hands, we were so pleased we appointed a "High St" agent rather than an "on line" one as we felt Phillip and his team were holding our hands all the way - very important when you rarely buy and sell property.
