As a first time buyer myself, I have to say that Charter Whyman was a credit to the industry. Having used many estate agents in our property search, Simon at CW came across as one of the most efficient and personable throughout our interactions, however, where he proved invaluable was through his local connection and ability to hold together a chain that often grew more complicated as time went on. Being in the middle of the chain, this was critical to us being kept informed and I have little doubt that if it wasn’t for this, and the interventions of Andrew at CW in the closing stages to get the exchange done, that we’d likely still be a few weeks away from being in our new home.
