We cannot commend Alia Khan too highly. In a difficult market she worked persistently hard to sell our property, way above what we would normally have expected from an estate agent. She showed a genuine concern for us as people, not just clients, even bringing round flowers or cakes if we lost a house that we'd hoped to buy. Meanwhile she used all her contacts and her extensive knowledge of the business to find us a purchaser and her persuasive powers to get us the price we wanted. She was a really lovely person to work with, and we recommend her without reserve.

We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. Alia choreographed a 4 house chain with a multitude of unusual circumstances fantastically well despite the multitude of obscure obstacles that would have derailed most completions. Apart from the house I was purchasing,, she dealt with the sales and purchases of all the others in the chain.
