From the viewing that was arranged at a time suitable for both of us to attend, to the swift referencing and move in date. Excellent service - really felt like they went the extra mile for me. I have used them twice now and both times they have been able to secure me an offer on the opening weekend that it went to market. Communication was excellent, clear and thorough and, at times, in their own time in the evenings. Their negotiating skills are very strong, having successfully negotiating with my buyer to up their offer by a substantial amount within 15 minutes. Can't recommend enough - thank you, Whitegates.
