Hopeless to deal with. A house they let out as got a front wall that blew down in the January storms and now 5 months later they still have not repaired it. Even though it is unsightly and quite dangerous. Ewe move make all the excuses …

I am giving this rating because I politely rang to enquire if there was any 2 bedroom property available to rent in Leicester and I was quickly and rudely given the name of a street and before I could even ask where I can find this listing or more information about the property the agent just quickly hung up on me on purpose. I understand lines may be busy but that's not a way to treat somebody looking for information/a property to rent

They RIP off tryed to get a house witch they advertised in excellent condition I went for viewing the house stinks inside everything was terreble pls dont waste ppl time advertising fake information about the property I lost day work to viw the house I wont recommend to anyone.....

Have been waiting 2 weeks for them to let us know if we was accepted to let a property, but it says on their website the property has be letted but they couldn’t even tell us that or let us know that we was/ wasn’t successful.

Leicester is very close to my heart and always will be, I was born and raised in Leicester and I also decided to study locally up until degree level. I love supporting our local sports team especially Leicester City Football Club and Leicestershire County Cricket Club.
