Dipul came highly recommended from a friend. I wanted to Let a property I own. This was the first time I had done this and I was unsure of what to do. Dipul met me at the property and I knew after our first discussion that he was the right person for me. I also researched Ewe move and read reviews on Dipul. These were all very positive. Dipul, Provided excellent customer service. Listened to my concerns and promptly responded in my preferred way, call, email or messages. Found tenants that met my criteria quickly. Provided guidance on the entire letting processes and supported me at each step. He was always punctual and scheduled meetings to suit me. I strongly recommend using Dipul and ewe move as they have smoothly organised the letting of my property. Although Ewe Move is not the biggest Estate agent in Leicester, it provides and very personnel service and uses all the portals that the other agents use to advertise your property, giving your property maximum exposure. We have only praise for the services of EweMove and in particular; Dipul. We had no experience of letting a property but Dipul helped us feel relaxed about the whole process. He answered our questions thoroughly, quickly, calmly and in a very friendly manner. This made us feel confident that we had made the right choice of agent and that he would look after us. He made many viewing arrangements quickly and furnished us with a lot of applicants that we were able to choose from. Our new tenant has herself left a very positive review of Dipul's services. This goes to show that his expertise reaches landlords and tenants alike. We are looking forward to an excellent relationship for hopefully many years to come.

Hopeless to deal with. A house they let out as got a front wall that blew down in the January storms and now 5 months later they still have not repaired it. Even though it is unsightly and quite dangerous. Ewe move make all the excuses under the sun not to make area safe. UPDATE In 2025 2 years on and the wall is still broken. This agency clearly doesn't look after it's properties so avoid this agency.

I am giving this rating because I politely rang to enquire if there was any 2 bedroom property available to rent in Leicester and I was quickly and rudely given the name of a street and before I could even ask where I can find this listing or more information about the property the agent just quickly hung up on me on purpose. I understand lines may be busy but that's not a way to treat somebody looking for information/a property to rent

Worst website ever

They RIP off tryed to get a house witch they advertised in excellent condition I went for viewing the house stinks inside everything was terreble pls dont waste ppl time advertising fake information about the property I lost day work to viw the house I wont recommend to anyone.....

Have been waiting 2 weeks for them to let us know if we was accepted to let a property, but it says on their website the property has be letted but they couldn’t even tell us that or let us know that we was/ wasn’t successful.
