Belvoir are an excellent agency, very helpful, got the repairs done immediately, when we vacated the flat, the bloke who came was very helpful, obviously goes without saying you have to be a good tenant, we changed the carpet, painted the walls which was only £120, but got our whole deposit within 5 working days, this agency is fantastic for decent tenants

Never had a problem with Belvoir, communications are clear and everything seems legit. Had really dodgy letting agents before, so these were a breath of fresh air. Only criticism I have is how they pronounce the name – we're in Leicester, it's Beaver not bell-vwar!!
