A very professional company
Daniel and Hulme have been my estate agents and letting agents for over 10 years. They are professional, reliable and excellent value for money in return for a superb service. I cannot recommend them more highly as a seller or as a landlord.

Fantastic service throughout
From start to finish the staff were so helpful. Nothing was to much hassle and they went above and beyond. So glad we chose this agent. The sale went through so fast and communication was so good. Thanks Nat

Helpful, professional and friendly service
We purchased a house with Daniel and Hulme 2 years ago and couldn't have been happier with the service that we received. Natalie was professional at all times whilst remaining friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had. Our sale was completed quickly and efficiently and I would thoroughly recommend using Daniel and Hulme for anyone buying a house.

Outstanding Service
I'm quite hard on the local estate agents, having dealt with some dreadful ones previously, and don't normally write reviews either. (So much so, that I sold my house using an online agent). However, I purchased my house from 'Daniel and Hulme' in Leek, Staffs and I just cannot fault the service. Natalie Goodwin dealt with the sale, and she made every aspect of the process, from viewing to completion, completely stress free. This was despite several of the usual challenges re chains & dealing with multiple agents & solicitors etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her and in my view, she went above and beyond in trying to make the process as simple as possible. And from my dealings with them, her colleagues appeared to be just as keen to help. We'd viewed many properties, through a total of probably 15+ different agents across Staffordshire Moorlands, Ashbourne & Buxton, and (with the exception of Daniel and Hulme), the service was generally dreadful, from trying to arrange viewings to conducting negotiations. Daniel & Hulme were like a breath of fresh air. I feel sure that if all agents tried as hard to help as Daniel & Hulme, more people would feel as though they were getting value for money from local agents. Well done folks. You are the only local estate agents I would recommend in Leek and surrounding area.

Brilliant Agents
We have bought and sold houses through Daniel and Hulme in Leek. They have always been extremely professional and helpful. Their advice has been brilliant and when we have felt like pulling our hair out because of time wasters, they have been the team who have managed to keep us calm and keep the process of selling going through.. The whole team are pleasant and honest. We would never sell a house through another agent and to top it all their rates are brilliant for all the marketing and in our case the viewings that they carried out for us. Don't look anywhere else !
