Great company!
Just moved out of my student house which me and my friends got with red door lets. We loved our house and was sad to leave. Had a problem with the oven when we first moved in but it was fixed the next day. Overall great service from really friendly staff! When we went on the viewing we were made to feel at ease and the viewer was really lovely and funny. Signing for the house was not as scary as we thought, with the staff answering any questions we had and encourging us to take our time. Got all our deposit back too which we couldn't be happier about. Will deffo let through them next year after my year abroad! Thank you red door for being amazing!

be ready to fight for your deposit back. Keep photos of the damage when you move in
Red door lets is retaining a sum from the deposit for damage which was present when my son moved in. They were informed of the damage at the time the tenancy started and given photos. They are also charging for checking an extractor fan which the new tenants claimed was not working when it was switched off at a main switch.
