Excellent team and excellent customer service!

This was my second year of university and my first agent and place was terrible! But these guys are great starting from the initial showing of the houses down to collecting the keys. Nick was very helpful when showing properties because he had a variety and all very close by to shops and town. Fiona from their office was great when handling the paper work and got it done within a day. This was totally the opposite to another angry in Leeds so they are worth a review and a stay! Thanks guys!

Fantastic!

This agency made my moving experience quick and stress free, not something I can say for many other agents. The application process was clear and straightforward, and the staff are very friendly, and helped with any questions I had. Many thanks.

friendly estate agent

I've now been a tenant in one of the properties with Lets Live Leeds for just over 6 months. I've been really impressed by how nice and helpful they are. I have no plans to move and look forward to staying here for the foreseeable future. Chris

Unnecessary fees, poor care & attention to properties & tenants

They have a lot of affordable housing but they're certainly not the best condition places. Not much care & attention was given to the property I lived in; I learned how to fix the boiler myself as it would break almost weekly. The gas was once shut off without warning and not fixed for days, I had to ring the agents as I was not notified. Luckily I could stay with my girlfriend nearby. I had to replace bathroom locks and most lightbulbs when I moved in. They seem to find lots of opportunities to charge you unnecessary fees - my contract contained a £50 'moving out fee' which, when I challenged it, I was told was not a cleaning fee, nor a deposit deduction for damage etc but merely a charge for moving out - how ridiculous! I
