Nice and helpful people in general; but: they are rather pushy to try to keep the local selling prices in the sky. What we did not like: when you make an offer you'd expect them to take it without starting to question the amount right in your face. I found the guy being rude to my husband.. all the other agencies take your offer with mouth shut and then actually forward it to the client alongside an official email that confirms "your offer has been forwarded" then eventually they get back with the result. Why could not this agent be polite and act like this... The way he started on my husband was not professional at all. He just sketched up the number on a piece of paper - and I doubt they ever forwarded it... Positives: happy to advise, good at local knowledge, can answer your questions, Pam is very very kind.

Very disappointing and inadequate level of service provided for letting management. Poor communication, frequent checking and follow up required, lack of attention to detail.

Moderately cruddy letting agent: they took two months to fix a leaking tap, then when I moved out, spent several hours checking my miniscule one bed flat so they could charge extra for every square micron of paint disturbed. I got most of the money back in arbitration, which shows what a fraudulent joke it all was. Still, not impressed by the way they (failed to) handle the maintenance while I was there.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!! Will discriminate against you and then have the audacity to block your emails!!! AWFUL customer service from their agents. They are money grabbers. AVOID

Unprofessional agency, cancelling booking last view. Won't use them at all in near future.
