Agents Pam Chouls and Adam Cliffe went beyond the call of duty for me many times and gave excellent guidance and advice throughout. Pam had originally sold this property to my late brother in 2006 as well as to the owners before him. With such intimate knowledge of the house, Christies was the ideal choice and they didn’t disappoint. A long established estate agency in Leatherhead with experienced professional agents, it was not long before I knew I was in safe hands. I was most impressed with the photography and marketing videos which they updated again in the summer, on a clear sky day, to further enhance the property’s appeal. In fact they never sat on their hands and were in regular communication with me to explore new ideas to achieve more interest in a tight market. I have sold houses before but Christies stood out head and shoulders above any other estate agency I have previously dealt with. I can safely recommend them without hesitation or reservation. Very Good, Leatherhead established, estate agent with many years of property expertise and local market knowledge. The owner, his business partner, their experienced property team are very courteous and will do the best they can to either sell a property or help some one look for the type of property they desire. Their lettings business is 2nd to none and I for one, find their managed service invaluable, they will ensure you get the right tenant, for the best market price and then they will endeavour to make sure your property is well looked after by your tenants. As a Landlord, I have had a good business relationship with the company for 4 years now and as such I would not hesitate to recommend them, to any one who requires residential property services.

I can only speak as I find. I chose Christies personally after looking at various Estate Agents to sell my property. I went into the Office in Bridge Street, Leatherhead and was impressed. We arranged for all the Estate Agents to come around, obviously at different times. Adam, from Christies duly turned up. We both, my Wife and I, liked his No Nonsensical approach. He didn't try to inflate the price to impress. Nor did he try to reduce the price we had in our heads to get a quick sale. He suggested a price, I disagreed and wanted more. But what seller doesn't? The presentation from Photographs to advertising was first rate. We did try and sell during a bad weather spell which didn't help. But we did have viewings. Ultimately Adam was right. The inflated Price that I had insisted on in my greed was reduced to the one suggested by Adam. We were offered a price below but I refused to accept it. Adam once again did his magic act and persuaded the potential buyer, "Offer the full asking and he will remove it today!" That is exactly what happened. But then the other players at Christies swing into action. Easy to assume it is just the Estate Agent who does it all. Everybody at Christies deserve praise and recommendation for their valiant efforts to complete the selling of my home. Would I recommend Christies? Too bloody true I would and have already. Thank you Adam and Crew for making my life living in ???????? no longer a dream, but reality.
