I'm a tenant. When I have issue such as dripping water, their service is always quick & appropriate. It's convenient that I can receive response to my email from my Property Coordinator even on Saturdays. When I inquired if window cleaning was included in the monthly tenant fee, my Property Coordinator replied no in reference to the contract and then she referred me to a good cleaner in the region, which helped me receiving good service at reasonable cost.
