This is a late review, but in my opinion more accurate because is not made only on the first impression. Very warm people each and every person working in that office in Leamington Spa, by the way nice place to live in. Good energy and happiness coming from them all the time. Trust me even if you have an issue after you rent a place they will be happy to help you fix it and they will do it with joy. Let me tell you also that they will treat everybody the same, no matter the gender, ethnicity, religion etc. I know that for a fact because I am not British and it was hard for me to rent a place not being in the UK. The only agency who responded to my emails was Belvoir Lettings. After coming in the UK thanks to them in 6 days I moved in the apartment. Sue I am sorry for this late review (better late than never I hope), but just to let you know every time I think of my new life here in UK I think of you, Belvoir Team. Top class service and personal commitment. From the moment we got in touch with Belvoir we felt we were being properly listened to and looked after. Everyone involved in the business is warm, friendly and professional and they simply get things done with no fuss. Not your average agent. The whole team at Belvoir have gone above and beyond the normal standard of service you'd expect from your typical agent at all stages of dealing with them. Not only taking the time to understand my position fully at the start of my dealings with them but also keeping my fully informed at every step along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir as an estate agent to sell your house with. Not only were they professional in manner from the outset, their boasts of promoting our house sale, with photos, videos and social media plugs were highly successful and clearly got the interest we needed to make the sale within 7 days (this included the Easter bank holiday weekend)! Once the sale had been agreed, they assisted in moving along the sale in a calm and professional manner. Thank you Amy, John and the team!
