Letting our new property

Frost Partnership at Langley was very helpful for us in moving home etc. Handled our queries well and as best as they could. Overall nice and pleasant experience. Alison was very supportive overall.

I’ve had a very good experience so far with Frost and in particular Colin White who knows the market extremely well and gives very good advice/guidance. Things to date have been pretty straight forward, Something I value hugely, knowing that things are simply being taken care of.

The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
