I have used a few other agents and to be honest, when I first met this agents representative 18+ months ago, I thought these would be the most unlikely agents to find us tenants and I had already advertised with 3 agents whom I thought were too good. So with that belief I also let Frost advertise our property and to my surprise all the other agents failed and Sinead from the Frost Partnership in Langely found us tenants within 7 days, for 6 month tenancy and she negotiated for us to be paid up front for the whole tenancy period. That tenancy finished in December 2018 and Sinead again found within us new tenants within 7 days of advertising again. I have just done the check-in yesterday. I would recommend this company for firstly, their professionalism and thoroughness with the checks, 2ndly the updates as things progress and last but not least, the quality of the tenants they have found me twice. I also request Frost Partnership to look after Sinead, she is an asset, a brilliant lettings agent and she must be retained at any cost.

I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Great service and helpful staff

As a landlord I find Frost efficient and easy to deal with. Since joining Frost Sinead has been a welcome addition to the team of people that I deal with on a regular basis. She is always on hand to answer any queries I might have and deals promptly with all my requests. I have trust in Sinead / Frost to answer and rectify queries and problems on my behalf with regard to my tenancies.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.
