We found them responsive, effective and personable, they mean and do what they say, and their advice always turned out to be spot-on. Because of external circumstances completely outside their influence they had to sell our house three times before the deal could go through. They approached this through varying market conditions with unfailing enthusiasm and effort, rapidly getting us a good result each time. Throughout an unusually complicated and frustrating process, Frosts were a constant help and reassurance, proactively following up on anything that was lagging, and fighting to progress our sale at every step in spite of significant obstacles. Even the other companies they suggested (solicitors, removals, etc.) were absolutely brilliant. When you move house there are normally several estate agents involved, and that experience showed us just how different they can be. Without exception, Jacqui and the whole of her team never fell short once, and were far superior to all the others we encountered.
