I've used Frost for years and always had good service but this time the support and advice from them was exceptional. From the moment my tenant gave (unexpected) notice to finding new tenants quickly and professionally in a very challenging lockdown / pandemic environment they dealt with it brilliantly - I was worried but it all went like clockwork. We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property. Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. We found her very competent,reliable,reassuring and understanding when we were stressed. Trust these estate agents, as they are incredible!! Every time I called the team someone was always willing to help me. Just want to acknowledge a diligent lady called Vanessa. I spoke to her about viewing a property as I was in a difficult situation; I was facing homelessness and eviction with a young child. Vanessa told me that she would help me, and within minutes of our phone call she had sent me a viewing. I viewed it, loved it and Vanessa supported me each and every step of the way by keeping me updated in the morning or evenings, even working from home! Due to Vanessa's help I am in a property I love, and my son lives close to his father, his family, and his nursery. We are thrilled with this property! I think every estate agent should aim to be like Vanessa. It was important for us to stay local and she will never know to the extent, how significant she was because she didn't just find us a home, she helped us shape our future.

I have used the Frost Partnership for many years as a tenant. I then purchased my property from them. Lucky the property had an annex which i have been renting to help pay the mortage.
