I never write reviews but felt this one needed an exception.....I was helping my brother with the sale of his house. He and his wife had a nightmare with a previously instructed local agent and the transaction was still dragging on after 7 months. We eventually moved the instruction to Frost Partnership, who were brilliant! They had a full open day organised in 3 days from instruction, secured a buyer at the full asking price and the whole transaction end to end took 8 weeks. The whole team were amazing and their customer service was first class and special thanks to Lee (understanding the urgency of the instruction and mobilising buyers so rapidly) and Christine (in handling the sale after offer right through to completion, keeping everyone informed and pushing things along at speed). We met Victoria during summer of 2023; casual chat about thinkig to sell and move home. Victoria's knowledge and expereince of home sales was second to none.
