Actually I moved from Newcastle to Lancaster since about 1.5 months. We found the service from Martin & Co team easy, quick and excellent. Via them I have got an excellent apartment that is near to the city centre with reasonable rent. Just I would like to say many thanks to the Martin & Co team! And I would absolutely recommend.
