It’s officially complete - our first home is sold! Can’t thank the JDG team enough - people say selling a house can be one of the most stressful experiences, but JDG have made it totally painless. Michelle took the time to get to know us and think about how to market the house... it clearly paid off because it sold, for our full asking price, after the very first day of viewings. Cassie and Darren kept us up to date through the whole process and were absolutely lovely to deal with. It’s a shame we’ve moved away from Lancaster because we would definitely be choosing to work with them again if we could!

best part of the process was having a facilitator such as Louisa. A progress chaser, an expeditor. I for one, could not be bothered with all that ringing this an that. Good info hub. Although she could do with a translator due to the strong accent. used JDG's before and will again.

The sale was quick at a price close to the asking price. Communication through Louisa made everything easy. Unfortunately, neither Louisa nor myself were informed that at the first viewing by the purchasers, they had indicated that they did not want the furniture. This lead to considerable delays and extra cost for me
