I have known John and Michelle since they stated their business many years ago now, I have used JDG a couple of times to sell my house but tried someone different and cheaper this time (that was a mistake) they say you get what you pay for and I did, very little response from the people I chose to sell with after a sale was arranged. Fortunately for me my sales progression assistant on the bungalow I was purchasing from JDG was Louisa Jones who has worked extremely hard in finding out required information further down the chain liaising with my solicitor and then keeping me updated. Due to Covid restrictions when David showed us around the property he left us to view the house on our own and kept his distance at all times and never removed his mask he answered any questions we had later when we were outside in the open, again very professional.
