What an excellent customer experience - my wife and I are looking to move for the first time in over 25 years and the team at Jones Robinson have been amazing thus far in helping us identify and find suitable properties. I've just bought a house that was sold via the Lambourn branch of Jones Robinson, and I honestly don't think I'd have got through it without them! Every single one of the team combined professionalism, integrity and efficiency with a genuine warmth - at no point did I ever feel like I was 'just another buyer'. It was an incredibly difficult purchase with problems from all other directions, but the Jones Robinson team were the ones who kept everything going and made it all work out in the end, even when I thought it would all fall through.
